We believe Americans share far more in common than the media and politicians would have us think.

The truth is that there are timeless, broadly supported principles — from free speech and school choice, to safe streets and a strong national defense — that unite over 80% of Americans. Our initiative is designed to harness that common ground and tell stories that bring people together rather than drive them apart.

What’s Hot This Month

america 250

As we celebrate President’s Day and look ahead to America’s 250th birthday, February is a moment to return to the values that have always united Americans across party, background, and belief.

America is strongest when we judge one another by character, integrity, and contribution - not by labels, grievances, or ideology.

For 250 years, our nation has been held together by shared principles:

  • Personal responsibility

  • Equal dignity under the law

  • Freedom of conscience and expression

  • Hard work, perseverance, and service

  • Respect for one another, even in disagreement

These values transcend politics. They belong to all Americans.

Campaign to Unite Americans is highlighting Content of Character & American Values this month to remind our country that unity doesn’t require uniformity - and progress doesn’t require division. It requires a recommitment to the ideals that made America possible in the first place.

As we honor the leadership and legacy of past presidents, we invite Americans to reflect on a simple question:

What kind of nation do we want to be at 250?

One defined by resentment—or one defined by character.
